Kevin Ruffcorn - Senior Pastor

Kevin began his ministry at Our Savior in May 2001. He and his wife, Faye have two grown sons. Kevin is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He received a BA in Speech, history and Greek from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, and a Masters of Divinity from Luther Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Church Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Kevin has written five books. Rural Evangelism: Catching the Vision, and a novel, Playing Games are the most recent. He serves the ELCA as a Partner in Evangelism and as a presenter for the Mid-Sized Congregation Project. |
Bill Koeber - Associate Pastor

Bill was called to the pastoral staff of Our Savior in 1997. He is married to Valerie and together they have two adult sons, Chuck and Steve. Bill grew up in Wayne and attended Wayne State College and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. Before his call to serve at Our Savior, Bill previously served two congregations in Nebraska. His ministry at Our Savior focuses on visitation and social concerns. |
